Que Sueñes Con Las Angelitas

Que Sueñes at Lincoln Center

Que Sueñes Con Las Angelitas is an enchanting dance-theatre piece directed and choreographed by Angel Prince, script by Beth Dunnington, and features Ms. Prince, Ms. Dunnington, Argentinian tango dancers, and the Prince Dance Company dancers.

The performance follows the life of a singer through a multimedia performance with contemporary and tango dance, monologue, song, video projection, original music, and trapeze. The title translates from Spanish as “that you dream with little angels,” or as we know it in English, “sweet dreams.”

Que Sueñes Con Las Angelitas premiered at the Kahilu Theatre in March of 2010 to a sold-out audience. In 2014 it toured the Hawaiian islands and in 2015 the company performed excerpts from the full-length show at Jazz at Lincoln Center in NYC.
